Last nite, the mrs. and I went for a Boney M concert. it was simply
fabulous...brought back a lot of memories from when I was a little tyke and
my mum used to put Boney M on and ask me to dance with her :)

aaah..the classics...it was one performance only, Liz mitchell still has it,
she had the crowd grooving with Daddy cool, Ma Baker, Rivers of Babylon, Belfast, king of the road, No woman no cry, let it be and so so many more.

it was a great evening. Simple wholesome Entertainment at it's best. The
mixed crowd- 3 year old kids wondering what the fuss was about, to older folks
in their late fifties and early sixties reliving the music that was prolly playing in the background when they lost their viriginity :D :D

Good Show!!

i think the first song of boney M i ever heard and absolutely loved was rivers of babylon, i was probably about 7 or 8 then. i've always liked them.

you must have had some fun reliving memories to the music i bet.

the live music scene in sydney can be pretty good at times, when i was younger i seen so many "unknown" bands back then that eventually made it into the big league
