1) Would you stop to make sure he was ok, or would you cross the street and pretend that you did not notice him?

2) Same thing, but it's a white man?

3) A black woman?

4) A white woman?

Now let’s change the location.

Same 4 questions but now it's;

1) A "bad" neighborhood?

2) A "good" neighborhood?

I would be very wary approaching anyone as it might be a crime scene, or bueford or wilma may have just got out of the nut house and freak if they are just passed out or sleeping. Same thing for a woman. Good or bad neighborhood.
