i've been vegetarian for close on 2 months now....no meat, no fish, no eggs nothing.
Just good 'ol veggies - I'm also trying to cut out rice, bread and cheese from my diet but it's kinda hard...

I must say, as someone who really enjoyed meat and fish, I feel a whole lot better being veg. I feel lighter and much healthier. My appetite is much better and I don't feel so bloated after every meal.

I'm too much of a redneck to give up dead animal foods.

However I tend towards lots of fish, veggies and beer. I won't eat processed foods if I can at all avoid them.

I like to go to the nearby veggie cafe' It's one of those places that doesn't 'cook' the veggies to death, a 'raw' food kinda place. Some good eats, although the vegan/tree hugger hippy girl behind the counter kinda sniff up her nose when I go it. Like she can smell a quasi-Conservative carnivorus redneck a mile away :)
