Well at last, I think I've finally done it, I've stopped smoking. 4 weeks now without a ciggie. I'm well chuffed. And I done it without any help, no patches nicotine gum or anything. Applaud me.:)

Thank God we don't have CLAP........sheesh.

CONGRATULATIONS MR. WUTANG.....I've tried soooo many times to quit over the years. Anyone who can do it and maintain it is a good egg in my book.

good luck stan
have you survived your 1st hangover since quitting yet?
That and the night before are the true tests and where I always lose it

I've not gotten hammered, but I have been able to go to a pub and have a few beers, obviously the desire for a smoke is there, but I am strong in the will power department.

Thing is, if I did get plastered, and managed not to smoke on the night, then I sure as hell wouldn't fancy one the next day with a hangover.:tard:

You try and have a decent conversation about giving up smoking and it get's turned into a discussion about horse sex. I don't know why I bother.
