zokah
06-14-2006, 01:41 AM
pooters derives from the word "comPOOTER" even mama hinted at that when she said "pooters are booters"
Booting is another term for starting the "phone home" sequence for windows XP users.
And once again she was almost correct with the claim "I like male pooters, but they don't have them at hooters" While I have no doubt that an establishment like Hooters would have the latest in technology I think if they had male pooters it'd be a major distraction from the primary entertainment and would prolly breech many OH&S rulez.
So male pooters should only be in the home in a darkened room where they can be enjoyed to the fullest extent.
Although with mamas taste in wemmins I dunno if she'd find much she would really like on the harddrive of typical males like Raven and myself

not even a little dab of perfume?
MamaBush
07-03-2006, 06:30 PM
"gussy up" isn't putting perfume on, in my opinion
to "gussy up" means:
1) do something fancy with your hair (I have too much)
2) where frilly or slinky dresses (I refuse to wear a dress)
3) putting makeup on my face, eyes, lips (I feel clausterphobic)
4) wearing high heels (no fucking way in hell)
that's good mama coz
1) I'd just mess it up yanking it and tugging it while doing doggy
2) I'd just rip it off and get to where the action is
3) I like you au naturale, and i don't like tasting foundation when i lick your face
4) maybe you could reconsider this, you would be on your back most of the time anyway ;)
Gnome
07-03-2006, 10:46 PM
I personally prefer a girl who may omit makeup in lieu in a bit of dirt picked up from a mountain hike where 'gussy in up' means a brisk splash in a cold river. Who feels more comfortatble in a pair of boots than pumps.
But can still civilize and sport a sun dress with tea and crumpet grace.
if only she lets me brush her hair.

Snoopy vs. The Red Baron
1966
The Royal Guardsmen
After the turn of the century
In the clear blue skies over Germany
Came a roar and a thunder men had never heard
Like the scream and the sound of a big war bird
Up in the sky, a man in a plane
Baron von Richthofen was his name
Eighty men tried, and eighty men died
Now they're buried together on the countryside
Chorus: Ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more
The Bloody Red Baron was rollin' out the score
Eighty men died tryin' to end that spree
Of the Bloody Red Baron of Germany
In the nick of time, a hero arose
A funny-looking dog with a big black nose
He flew into the sky to seek revenge
But the Baron shot him down--"Curses, foiled again!"
Chorus
Now, Snoopy had sworn that he'd get that man
So he asked the Great Pumpkin for a new battle plan
He challenged the German to a real dogfight
While the Baron was laughing, he got him in his sight
That Bloody Red Baron was in a fix
He'd tried everything, but he'd run out of tricks
Snoopy fired once, and he fired twice
And that Bloody Red Baron went spinning out of sight
Chorus
Fade on chorus second time
http://www.petcaretips.net/WWI_Flying_Ace.gif
Return Of The Red Baron
Royal Guardsmen
(plane crash, laughing and "Der curse little klinehund Snoopy")
You remember that baron flying high in the sky
When Snoopy shot him down with a gleam in his eye
But that baron had leaped from his blood-red plane
Just before it burst into a ball of flame
Snoopy circled back to check his kill
Saw the bloody red baron standing high on a hill
Then he swooped down low
Shouted "Curse you red baron!"
The German shook his fist you could hear him swear "Ach der
lieber!"
Hey watch out little Snoopy
You're really in a mess
You thought you were through with the bloody red baron
But it looks like he's not down yet
Then a cry went up all over the land
The bloody red baron would strike again
But brave little Snoopy said "Never fear"
As he headed for his plane all the people cheered (Yeeaaaahhhh!)
Hey watch out little Snoopy
You're really in a mess
You thought you were through with the bloody red baron
But it looks like he's not down yet
Snoopy blazed a trail straight across the sea
Searching in vain for his enemy
Then he found that German trying to fix his plane
A-sweatin' and a-cussin' about to go insane
Take it:
Snoopy landed for a pistol duel
The baron was worried
Snoopy was cool
He fired a shot and missed
Started to run
Before Snoopy had a chance to raise his gun
Hey watch out red baron
Snoopy is on your trail
One of these days he's gonna make you pay
And you'll go straight to-
Well watch out red baron
Snoopy is on your trail
One of these days he's gonna make you pay
And you'll go straight to-
Well watch out red baron...(fade)

blasphemy!
Drop your silver in my tambourine
Help a poor man fill a pretty dream
Give me pennies, I'll take anything
Now listen while I play
My green tambourine
Watch the jingle jangle start to shine
Reflections of the music that is mine
When you toss a coin you'll hear it sing
Now listen while I play
My green tambourine
Drop a dime before I walk away
Any song you want I'll gladly play
Money feeds my music machine

I always preferred Mr Tambourine Man - the Robert Zimmerman version ;)
i remember some of the songs...well not remember, but i've heard some of 'em...
Gnome

OK it's a bit hazy-
was Mr Tamourine Man originally written by Bob Dylan, The Byrds, or Robert Zimmerman?
i'm a bit sleepy....
zokah
08-03-2006, 02:03 AM
Robert Zimmermann is Bob Dylans real name.
Wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._Tambourine_Man) confirms he did write it although the Byrds actually got their version released 1st, both versions were released in 65.
Shit I'm starting to hate Wiki, it's just so easy to get sidetracked there :D
Other useless info from the page:
Hunter S. Thompson requested the song be played at his funeral while his ashes were shot out of a cannon
On the List of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, The Byrds' version of this song placed at number seventy-nine and Dylan's version placed at number 106.

do you have rotten teefs, with some missing, a big wart on the end of your nose, coke bottle glasses, greasy hair, have horrible body odor, weigh 500 pounds, and only 3 feet tall?

Hmmmm, I'll have to go on a quest.
I love that entire area of the Northwest. I'd live in Yakima tommorow if there were any jobs to be had there.

My goal is to someday simply dissapear into the primordial forest of the Northwest and live out a posh camper/trailer for a while with my woman by my side and a rib eye on the grill. Work as a campground host or a trail ranger/ fire jumper. Occasionally selling artwork and beef jerky at a roadside stand.
alas a simple dream, so far away it seems.

question:
why do men find doing dutch ovens to their women so fucking funny?
Gnome
08-08-2006, 11:04 AM
i can't answer that I'm not hip to the vulgar vernacular.
THIS is the only thing I think of when I think of Dutch Oven:
pot-1 (from the bottom) Chili cornbread pie, Goulash, or wild mushroom stuffed beef tenderloin.
pot-2 twice baked potatoes
pot-3 Apple cobler deluxe
I'm out of room for biscuits though....
MamaBush

mmmm.....actual food made in a dutch oven is fantastic.
and, Gnome, if you think that what we're talking about is "vulgar" then you know what a dutch oven is.....*giggles*

I never knew that whats in the pic was a dutch oven, it looks like a stack of broiling pots with rocks on the lids.
Way to much crap to carry for a trip into the bush. The only "luxury" item I carry for cooking is a wire coathanger and since it doubles as an emergency abortion kit and is handy for many car repairs if there is no fencing wire available, it's almost worth taking 1

Yea I'd hate to stack em in my backpack, but if I'm in the camper one or two is nice. I'm fond of the local cowboys demonstrating chuck wagon/Dutch oven cooking.
Zokes, those are charcoal briquetts not rocks, although hot rocks can be used to ballance heat.
especially when it gets to the eattin part

yes I have indeed made kraut and pork roast in a dutch oven, with bratwurst and garlic smashed taters. It's done when the roast just falls apart and the kraut has a golden brown on the outside.
serve with honey mustard and a little horseradish for me.
