and manage to survive their own imbecility. they (my tax money spenders) are trying to pass a law that requires all climbers to wear emergency locators during the winter months

those locators are a nifty idea and I'm thinking about getting one but only for dire emergencies. I think that if people get themselves in a bad situation by pure folly, then they should pay the cost of it, including the cost to the families of any rescuers who die looking for thier sorry asses.

Yea our company is severely targeting the gaming markets in Macau, like oh jeez oh man get some!

yep all the big players are running to macau now. Macau overtook Vegas as the leading centre for casino takes...the sands broke even in 2 years, the wynn opened last year and the venetian is expected to open the doors to their mega hotel/casino sometime this summer...virgin is in talk as well to open a casino there.

Right on Xenny, I'm glad your up on the gaming scene :)

It looks like the mega resort boom has fled the Valley. And the "big condo market' that al lthese invesment bankers was riding on here has gone right down the crapper. However gaming and headcount remain strong here. Tribal ventures are good as ever. Theres a lot of talk about Russian markets but they are still playing regulatory games there. Kinds of a tug of war between the Russian mob and the 'legit' government.
