The United States has conceded and lost the war in Iraq. We have been defeated. Thousands of service men and women have died in vain, the country is divided- in shambles. Sectrarian civil war is abound. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqies are doomed. Billions of dollars wasted. The West is weak and the Great USA is reduced to a nation of weak minded, impotent bickering tools. The rest of the planet will struggle for democracy, food and antibiotics.

A nuclear Iran will soon move in and give rise to a New Persia were millions of women will be subjugated and the masses will be pressed under the thumb of a oppressive theocracy to rule for a thousand years.

Film at 11.

They lost the war a long time ago, they just wouldn't accept it. One of the benefits of this would be no more invasions based of lies and imaginary WMDs.

The "Great" USA isn't faultless in this whole mess nor is it the shining beacon of democracy. They're just as fucked up as the rest of the lot.

hey, Xen, my love

please don't lump all of us in the USA into one....not all of us are fucked up, just most of the politicians, starting with Bush.

thank you in advance, and have a nice day

who is the shining beacon of Democracy in this world then?

xen
04-21-2007, 06:04 PM
there is none, everyone's just looking out for their own petty interests and advancements.

Mama, I was talking about countries/governments in general and not the individual population. I have nothing against anyone, just the governments of the world who are
doing their darned best to kill all of us.

I have to agree with my Xen's first sentence....it's truly sad when there is no one person or group who is a shining beacon of democracy.

i`m a wannabe

simply if they had of left saddam in control of the nuthouse none of this endless shit would have happened anyway. its just typical of gun totting bush wanting to be mucho and think he is the world cop.besides killing his own countrymen which is not a good thing saddam posed no threat to anyone outside iraqi borders

I think the real reasons to go into Iraq was to offset and draw out the leaders of the push for a unified Persia. It's a means to destabilize the region. The middle east is far from being able to handle democracy. And if it wasnt the US there it would be Russia or China.

xen
04-25-2007, 11:01 PM
I have to disagree with you there Gnomey. China and Russia would not invade the middle eastern countries based on weak arguments of pre-emptive strikes and imaginary weapons of mass destruction.

The whole mess started with the invasion of Afghanistan for the sole purpose of find OBL, failing which, the focus quite conviniently shifted to an impotent dictator who the US knew did not have the means to fight back. Oil, desire to restore a reputation in tatters after afghanistan and dubya's desire to leave behind a legacy all no doubt played roles in the invasion.

It's no use saying if the US hadn't done it someone else would have. There is no factual evidence to support this. The only fact here is that the US wanted to and did invade 2 countries and are now paying the price for it.

AS for the middle east being far from being able to handle democracy, The us ought to
clean out it's own house first before pointing fingers. It's becoming more restrictive of freedoms supposedly guaranteed to it's citizens while accusing other countries of human rights violations. It's own soldiers are torturing POWs while their politicians harp on about the Geneva convention.

This is getting a bit long-winded. I dont mean to attack what you've said gnomey, just offering my view on the same.

all good points, Xen

most of us U.S. citizens would prefer that we take care of our own problems HERE AT HOME, before we go and try to make others take care of their problems.

our system is so fucked up it just aint funny

I welcom your opinions Xen, no worries mate!

I like to hear them for one reason- your geography and background.

But we can't dismiss the larger picture of the world geo-political stage.

All countries have agendas, all countries have bad and good thing in their histories.

We can't deny that the US has a lot of hypocrisy and negative shit in it's history, no damn doubt.

At the same time it's also sought by by billions across the globe, how many people want to come here? how many do? Not to many other nations have that bragging right. And it is defintatly for the idea of personal freedom.

How does China handle uppity Muslims? Buddhist? Students?

Theres a lot more here besides Bush's agenda. The UN, EU, other Middle Eastern nations, as wel las China and Russia all have a part to play in this- just study the history. Look at what the League of Nations was planning for the Middle East up until the Russian Revolution. How other Middle Easter nations and splinteres tribal/religious factions jockey for power ocver the other. How did WWII change the global policy? What happened between the US, Russia and Afghanistan?

Energy? geo-political strategy?

no my man, WMD's and Democracy are merely sound bites on the evening news.

in the NWO whats really at play here?

we are not supposed to question. We are supposed to go with the program set forth by the government/media complex.

it's safer and easier that way.

MamaBush
