I've finally gone and done it...I've put down a deposit on the apartment I'm living in....tired of paying rent...it's a big step, it's sucked up all my savings for the last few years but it's worth it to own the place I call home :)

Still shopping around for a mortgage but it shoud all be settled by the end of June.

I'm Happy :)

dont cry mama, u knew my domestic situation when we got hitched...i know it's not
easy but you just have to patient.

I'm good for small odd jobs around the house, but i never touch the major stuff,
painting, small electrical work, some plumbing ( i changed the kitchen sink myself )
but tearing down walls and major wiring and plumbing work i prefer leaving to the pros.
I wont be making any changes for at least a few months till i save up some pennies and then i might do a major rennovation. dunno yet for sure tho.

It sure is nice to have a place i can finally call home :)

PARTAY AT GNOMER'S HOUSE!!! for mama's sake, she doesn't want to come to mine and it'll be sad for her to have it at her place, she needs a change...you ok with that gnomer - i'll pay for any damage caused :D
