whatever Raven did, he did okay.
I've only had to delete one SPAM thread since he started the new rule.....before that, I was deleting at least 3 to 5 SPAM threads every day.

I'm just curious as to how it works then. Is there some speedy evaluation period or did I hit it straight at server rollover?
I'm not complaining, just wanted to make certain the place remained sapam free as it seems like you guys've had a problem with it.

we USED to have a huge problem with it.
I don't know how it works now...I joined the OLD ASS FORUM years ago, then came here when Raven decided to make a new forum....there was no validation period or anything back then. oh RAVEN.....PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT YOU CHANGED

well, (between us
 ) i've lifted the current 1 day evalution and replaced it with a simple "Image Verifictaion" process which seems to be cleansing the place of bot registrations and opportunistic gaping butthole spammers.
